Carol is ardent about maintaining a high standard of service to candidates and has successfully matched professionals for a variety of roles including Technical, Development, Sales & Marketing, Product Management, Finance/Accounting and Project Management.

Lauren Hadley, VP of Recruiting - Lauren Hadley has experience in staffing a variety of positions in the software industry and is passionate about identifying top talent that will have successful and long-term careers. She understands that people have their own unique “API” and the importance of matching skill-set with company culture. With her Bachelor’s in Public Relations and solid training in the staffing industry, Lauren has a strong foundation and proven track record of success.

Jennifer Crouse, Managing Director - Jennifer Crouse graduated Magna Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a Bachelor's in Business & Communication. She comes to HireMatter with several years of customer service and a solid understanding of the recruiting industry.
