Help Desk Support
Be apart of an innovative team and provide technical assistance to the corporate office and remote locations as Help Desk Support. By providing the highest level of service for a fast-growing, profitable company you will be a key component in the overall growth and success.
Must Have:
- 2-3 years experience providing support for Windows XP and Windows 7 desktop/laptop PCs
- Experience replacing hardware and troubleshooting hardware related issues
- Ability to travel and work extended hours
Preferred:
- Must be customer focused.
- Experience with OSX.
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
- Work efficiently with a team and possess a good attitude.
- Experience working with vendors to troubleshoot.
- Accountability for troubleshooting and resolving assigned tickets.
- Ability to educate employees when problem solving, when appropriate.
